Before you come

Comfortable clothing is all you need (leggings and a t-shirt), bare feet or ballet slippers, hair tied back. Nothing to buy for the trial class.

The discipline

Dance awakening, the gateway to dance

The awakening class is not yet a technical lesson. It is a child's first encounter with dance: they explore movement, rhythm and space through play, long before learning a single position.

Our approach is simple: at 4 or 5, children do not learn by being corrected, they learn by being given the desire to dance. Every session builds confidence, an ear for the music and the joy of moving with others. These invisible foundations gently prepare all the years that follow.
